Job Title: Receptionist (Holiday Cover) Location: Potters Bar Contract: Temporary, 10th April to 14th April Hours 8.00 am to 5pm from Salary: 拢13.00 per hour Our client a dynamic and fast-paced organisation is seeking a receptionist to cover from 10th - 14th April. The successful candidate will be motivated and professional with previous Receptionist experience and be able to provide an outstanding service to both visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities: 路Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are promptly directed to the appropriate department or individual. 路Answer and direct incoming call in a polite and professional manner. 路Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and always welcoming. 路Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 路Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and office supply management. 路Provide general support to staff and other departments as required.

Skills and Experience: 路Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role. 路Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour. 路Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 路Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools. 路A positive attitude and a team player.
