Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities:-
Business Development & Client Management:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from vacancy briefing to candidate placement.

Candidate Sourcing & Management:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, etc.).
- Match suitable candidates to client vacancies, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are met.
- Provide career advice to candidates, including interview preparation, CV writing, and salary negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong database of candidates, keeping in touch with top talent to ensure ongoing availability.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client management, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of candidates to clients while providing excellent customer service at all stages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the recruitment database (CRM).

Market Insights & Strategy:
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Offer insights and advice to clients about hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Continuously strive to improve recruitment processes, and contribute ideas to improve the team's overall performance.
- Sales Skills: Ability to generate new business and effectively negotiate with clients and candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence stakeholders.
- Target-Oriented: Strong results-driven mentality with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
