Location: Potters Bar (11 minutes from Finsbury Park, 8 minutes from Alexandra Park/Wood Green)

Handpicked Recruitment is a boutique finance recruitment agency. The company is primarily based in Potters Bar with a strategic hub in London’s Mayfair. The business is still in its early stages of growth with two full-time employees supporting the Managing Director.

Job Description

As a trainee recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and evaluating candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards, curating a comprehensive candidate database.
  • Crafting and publishing detailed job advertisements using finite attention detail.
  • Fostering strong client relationships through effective communication
  • You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's online presence through social media management.
  • Embrace opportunities for professional growth as you learn and execute strategies for business development, including lead generation via email, phone calls, job platforms and other innovative platforms.
  • You willl also provide support with general administrative tasks and other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Education & Skills:

  • Recent Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential
  • Proficient in effective communication, encompassing both written and verbal forms.
