Our client, a highly regarded and growing firm within the mortgage sector, is actively seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will work alongside two other PAs, providing essential support in mortgage administration and case management.

Reporting to the Company Director, key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Chasing mortgage applications through to completion, resolving queries and ensuring timely updates.
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the wider team.
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and handling confidential documentation.
  • Managing correspondence, calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, ensuring cases are completed efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in mortgage administration or a financial services environment (desirable).
