We connect schools with top-quality teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors, and support staff and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Talent Sourcer to join our growing recruitment team!

Do you have a knack for finding great people? Are you passionate about building connections and helping others find their dream job, specifically within the education sector?

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Build and develop relationships with candidates: This fast-paced role is all about fostering connections with potential educators. You'll be the first point of contact, creating a positive experience and ensuring a smooth transition for candidates interested in school-based roles. Our consultants rely on your sourcing expertise to place qualified individuals in the perfect positions.
  • Be the first impression: Craft compelling outreach messages to engage and attract qualified individuals interested in education roles.
  • Support the team: Assist recruiters with various recruitment tasks specific to the education sector.
  • Advertise roles: Promote open teaching positions across our network of job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source, attract, and recruit: Proactively find and connect with qualified candidates, guiding them through the registration process.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for recruitment and building relationships
  • A proactive and results-oriented attitude
  • A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
