Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive accounting and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Prepare and review complex financial statements, tax returns, and management reports
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses and provide strategic business advice
  • Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication
  • Oversee junior staff and provide professional guidance and mentoring
  • Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Contribute to business development and new client acquisition
  • Participate in marketing and networking activities to grow the practice

Required Qualifications

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
  • Minimum of 3-6 years post-qualification experience in practice
  • Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proven track record of client relationship management
