We are seeking a motivated and skilled Qualified Accountant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial services, supporting client needs, and contributing to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive accounting and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Prepare and review complex financial statements, tax returns, and management reports
- Conduct thorough financial analyses and provide strategic business advice
- Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication
- Oversee junior staff and provide professional guidance and mentoring
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations
- Contribute to business development and new client acquisition
- Participate in marketing and networking activities to grow the practice
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
- Minimum of 3-6 years post-qualification experience in practice
- Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Desired Skills
- Experience with SME and owner-managed businesses
- Proven track record of client relationship management
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
