Description
- Leading the financial management and strategic planning for the organisation
- Ensure that the financial resources are effectively managed
- Oversee all financial operations, compliance and audit process
- Provide leadership to the finance team
- Support exec leadership with financial insights and advising on financial strategy
- Prepare financial statements, management accounts, cash flow and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Develop and manage financial policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A full Accountancy Qualification
- Managed budgets, produced forecasts and financial reports
- Used financial systems previously
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Worked with stakeholders previously
