We have the perfect position for you! Our prestigious educational institution is currently hiring a full-time School Administrator to join our team, starting as soon as possible and continuing on an ongoing basis.

Position: School Administrator (Full-Time) Duration: Ongoing Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage administrative

tasks and ensure the smooth running of the school office.

Handle student enrolment, attendance records, and maintain accurate student databases.

Assist with organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide administrative support as needed.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanour.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and record keeping.

Assist in the preparation of school reports, documents, and correspondence.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a School Administrator or in a similar administrative role is essential.

Familiarity with Student Information Management Systems (SIMS) is highly desirable.

Ideally, possess First Aid training and certification to ensure student safety.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students, parents, and staff effectively.

Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and database management.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
