Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fantastic non-profit organisation. This charity provides invaluable support across the North West for individuals and families when they need it most. Reporting into the Head of Transactions, you will have full autonomoy over the Accounts Payable fuction. 

Job Duties:
  • Accurately process and record invoices by matching, batching, and coding them.
  • Liaise effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any queries promptly.
  • Efficiently handle a high volume of invoices with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of statements.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the organisation by taking on additional duties when required.
Required Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who is AAT Part Qualified and has a desire to continue their studies.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the purchase ledger function.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take on extra duties as and when required.
