Local authority in the Merseyside area are currently looking for an interim head of facilities management and capital projects.
Purpose of the role: To be the lead officer for all facilities management, capital projects and health and safety and compliance within the asset management function of the Council. The post holder will lead on all service requirements and ensure any strategic, operational, and statutory requirements are met.

875 a day inside IR35 ( umbrella )
