As CDP or Sous Chef your responsibilities will include :

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Preparing and cook fresh local food for restaurant and functions
  • Ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Managing and training any chef de parties working with you
The Chef Requirements :
  • Already working as Chef de partie in a fresh food environment with minimum 12 months experience
  • NVQ2 or College Qualified
  • Enthusiastic with positive attitude and keen to learn.
  • Ideal role for someone looking to learn in a busy environment from talented head chef
  • 40hrs + hours weekly

The Ideal chef should be:

  • Passionate about food and continually pushing standards
  • A team player with an outgoing and self starter attitude
  • Enthusiastic about exceeding expectations through delicious food, working alongside the front of house team to deliver great customer service.
  • A keen eye for detail to deliver excellent standards in every dish served.
