Are you a Sales Manager from a PC Hardware background, looking to develop and lead a sales team in a role that offers you the responsibility of a leadership position and the autonomy to develop your own sales process?

Do you want to earn commission, managing and developing key accounts whilst managing the success of a young and bustling team of up-start sales executives?

In this role you will be responsible for new business development, account management and generating a sales process for a team of sales executives. You'll be responsible for developing new strategies and report weekly to the directors. The focus is business to business sales, targeting education, local authority, commercial office and corporate environments.

This company was established 30 years ago and are looking to expand their corporate sales teams. They focus on a personal touch, giving value to clients by understanding the market and their specific requirements for their respective industry. As an official Microsoft partner, they also provide SAAS solutions across azure, office and 365 dynamics.

This role would suit a B2B Sales Manager from a PC Hardware / Component background who is looking to be responsible for a sales team, develop a new sales process and manager the teams success.
