We're seeking a Sales Team Leader to join a rapidly growing business specialising in custom-built, high-performance PCs and IT solutions for B2B markets like education, local authorities, and health-care. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting B2B sectors.
  • Lead and grow a small sales team, balancing leadership and customer engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships and drive new business.
  • Handle sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in PC, laptop, or component sales with strong technical literacy.
  • Proven leadership and team-building experience.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Resilient under pressure in a target-driven environment.
