Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting B2B sectors.
- Lead and grow a small sales team, balancing leadership and customer engagement.
- Build strong client relationships and drive new business.
- Handle sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
- 5+ years in PC, laptop, or component sales with strong technical literacy.
- Proven leadership and team-building experience.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
