We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee a significant steel frame build project in Hoylake. If you have a strong background in dry wall systems and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Oversee the installation of dry wall systems on a steel frame structure, ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient problem-solving.
Conduct regular site inspections and manage quality control, ensuring all work is completed to specification.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.
Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on steel frame build projects.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with dry wall systems.
Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
