Description
- Support the Technology & Telecoms team with administrative tasks.
- Manage and organise schedules and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Manage and coordinate projects and events.
- Conduct research and provide reports as needed.
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Handle requests for information and data promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
