Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Commercial Finance team, driving performance and collaboration
Own budgeting, forecasting & financial oversight for UK business operations
Deliver commercial insights & strategic planning to drive growth and profitability
Partner with internal and external senior stakeholders, including Director level
Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure success of commercial strategies

What You'll Need

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business
Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Strong background in commercial sector is essential
Excellent stakeholder management & the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial teams
