NJR are working in partnership with a firm of Financial Planners who have a strong reputation in the market for being able to offer impartial honest advice to their rapidly growing client list.. Working from beautiful offices in Neston, our clients are offering a really exciting opportunity is now available for a talented Administrator to join their expanding Client Support Team.

Supporting a growing and incredibly busy team the successful Candidate will carry out a varied role which will consist of;

" Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers including processing applications.

" Maintain client files on internal CRM system (Intelligent office)

" Produce paperwork for initial & review client meetings

" Liaise closely with providers to ensure client information is collated in good time

" Ensure client reviews are scheduled timely and completed in line with the client agreement

" Provide a constant point of contact for clients and handle non-advice queries

" Ensure clients are informed of timescales and kept up to date on the progress of their cases

" Ensure client files meet compliance requirements and contain all key documents

" Ensure the database is used to the best of its potential and create streamlined processes for the client journey and review meetings

" Follow the investment processes and ensure all elements are met

" Act with integrity, pay due regard to the interest of the client and treat them fairly

" Act to deliver good outcomes for clients.

The successful applicant will ideally need to have experience of working within an IFA practice with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to produce detailed and accurate work consistently to a high standard. Those offering a strong work ethic, a dynamic attitude, and experience working in a Bank or a Provider will also be considered.
