Are you looking to join a friendly, close knit team who will support your career development?This company work hard to assist their customer base with improving the energy efficiency of their homes and businesses. They offer a variety of services, including solar panel and air source heat pump installation and insulation work, with a focus on reducing carbon emissions and combatting fuel poverty in the UK. The company holds several important accreditations that demonstrate its competence and commitment to the quality of their work. They are now looking to expand their team with a highly efficient Administrator who will support the Quantity Surveying team. In this role, you will be working alongside a team of 4 skilled Quantity Surveyors to support them in their day to day work. You will process and approve subcontractor application and invoices, manage project documents and site paperwork, such as timesheets and various construction applications. You will produce monthly Management Information and Cost Value Reconciliation reports using systems such as Power BI and Excel.The ideal candidate should be highly organised and time efficient, whilst holding previous experience in an Administrator position.This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual to transition over to a fast and developing industry, with on-the-job training that will take their career to the next level.
