My client, a well-established law firm in the Merseyside area, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their High Street law firm. This represents an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded firm.
Prior experience as a Civil Litigation Solicitor with robust knowledge of commercial litigation is crucial. It is also essential to possess outstanding business development skills and to be a strong team player.
- Ideally, candidates should have over one year's experience in Civil Litigation
- Equally open to considering candidates with over 5 - 10 years + of experience.
- Capable of managing cases from inception through to completion.
- Skilled in business development and cultivating client relationships.
- Proven success in assisting clients with various issues such as contract disputes, housing litigation, and breaches of contract.
