Court Of Protection ExecutiveWirral/Hybrid£35,000 - £45,000Are you an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a passion for making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a talented legal professional to join our dynamic Court of Protection team. This role is perfect for someone with at least three years of experience managing deputyship files, including trauma-led cases involving brain injuries, who thrives on working proactively and building meaningful client relationships.You’ll handle a varied caseload of professional deputyship and trusteeship matters, from applications to the day-to-day administration of deputyships. Expect to liaise with case managers, carers, and families, ensuring the highest standard of service at every step.This role offers a salary of up to £45K, depending on experience, along with fantastic benefits, including 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, a 4-day Christmas shutdown, Perkbox, Medicash, and a workplace pension (Employee 5%, Employer 4%).
