PARALEGAL - COURT OF PROTECTION

A permanent position is now available for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join a well-established team in Birkenhead.

The Role

  • To assist the Solicitors in the department with their caseload of professional deputyships and professional trusteeships.

The Candidate

  • Knowledge of statutory duties relevant to the Court of Protection and deputyship files
  • Ability to draft relevant correspondence including emails.
  • To manage a caseload of execution-only Personal Injury Trusts and lay deputyship applications.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary - £30,000+

Contract - Permanent

Hours - 35hrs per week

Hybrid Model - 50/50 split

Holidays plus bank holidays and Christmas close down
