Your day-to-day responsibilities will include contacting clients via telephone, email, or post to help them with any issues they may have while completing their free online will. You’ll also be responsible for providing quotes to clients, preparing weekly performance reports for the team, and assisting with basic will drafting and billing.In addition, you’ll help manage fee earners’ diaries and appointments, ensuring the smooth progression of legal work. Administrative tasks such as scanning, organising files, and corresponding with third parties to request or provide information will also form a key part of your role.While prior experience in Wills & Probate is desirable, it’s not essential. What’s most important is your enthusiasm to learn, attention to detail, and ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a great opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain experience in a legal setting.This role is working full-time at 35 hours per week at national minimum wage salary (which is due to increase in April this year), along with 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a four-day Christmas shutdown.
