Job OverviewJoin the team as a Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation within a supportive community setting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for MSK conditions.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate and empower patients on self-management and preventive measures.
- Track and evaluate patient progress, modifying care plans as required.
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation.
- HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Proven experience managing MSK caseloads, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to providing patient-focused care and pursuing continuous professional development.
