Are you an experienced Engineering professional with a passion for ensuring optimal reliability and compliance within a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an Engineering Reliability Manager to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities:*Lead the reliability and compliance strategy across the site, ensuring machinery and processes meet operational and regulatory standards.*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.*Oversee the site's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal standards.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, to deliver results aligned with business objectives.*Analyse maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, implement solutions, and track the impact of improvements.What We're Looking For:*A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or a relevant qualification.*Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry.*Strong knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM).*Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., BRCGS) and regulatory compliance requirements.*Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.*Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.*Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.Why Join?*Be part of a thriving, innovative food production company with a focus on quality and sustainability.*A culture that values collaboration, personal development, and employee wellbeing.*Opportunities for career progression and professional growth.If you're ready to make a real impact and take the next step in your career within a business who are looking to invest heavily, please do reach out.
