A Team Teach Qualification is desirable, and all candidates must undergo a 2-year referencing process and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

The ideal candidate will be a university graduate, have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for a child who presents SEN/attachment difficulties, challenging behaviour. Psychology background preferred.

A successful candidate will need:

Previous experience of working with with SEND pupils
Experience working within a school or similar setting
Team Teach Qualification (desirable)
