About the Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored education to students with a variety of learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Complex Needs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and delivering lesson plans based on individual student needs and abilities.
  • Teaching in line with the P Scales and using adaptive techniques to engage all learners.
  • Establishing strong, supportive relationships with pupils to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Managing classroom behavior through proactive and inclusive strategies.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks where necessary, in a respectful and supportive manner.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Must have the right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship).
  • A current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
  • Previous UK-based experience working in an SEN setting is required.
  • Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to start immediately and commit to full-time hours.
  • Availability from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
