About the Role: We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join our team. In this vital role, you will help ensure safety around damp and mould issues. This requires a highly skilled individual with a background in plumbing, joinery, plastering, floor laying, painting, or tiling, and the ability to multi-skill and deliver plastering work to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plastering and other trade duties as required.
- Ensure safety and effective solutions for damp and mould issues in properties.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, friendly approach.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Essential: NVQ in a trade (not necessarily plastering).
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness
- Proven experience in plastering with excellent finishing skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic.
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to work tidily and efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
