Class 1 Driver

StaffCo Direct is actively recruiting for Class 1 Drivers. Our well known client in Knowsley needs c+e drivers for their busy distribution centre.

We are looking for highly motivated, flexible  HGV class 1 drivers who are able to  work up to 10 hours per day completing trunkings work, take on the company’s ethos and assist us in the support of our client’s day-to-day operations.

About the role:

• 4 on 4 off
• 6 -10 hour PM shifts
• Trunking
• You will be responsible for making sure all delivery logs are signed and accounted for and the role will require you to be well presented, polite, courteous and to represent the client and StaffCo to a high standard at all times.

Assignment Rates:

Between £20.02 to £22.40 umbrella dependant on dates

What we require:

• Current and Valid CPC and DIGI TACHO
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• Minimum 12 months of HGV Class 1 Licence
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous upon application of this role.
