Role- Electrical Design Engineer Salary- £42,000- £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)Type- Permanent (Hybrid working available)Location- Near RainhillMy client design and manufacture a range of products and they are looking to take on an Electrical Design Engineer / Control Engineer to develop as part of their team, on a permanent basis near Liverpool.The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
  • Degree qualification or similar in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous industry experience working in similar Electrical Design roles within manufacturing
  • Be proficient with using ideally Eplan (although other CAD software will be considered)
  • Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
  • And knowledge of pneumatics would be desirable
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
The Electrical Design Engineer role will involve:
  • Working within the existing engineering team
  • Designing, developing and testing electrical systems – wiring diagrams, layouts and electrical schematics
  • Working with Eplan 8
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary engineering team
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Providing technical support to other colleagues when needed
