Are you a EA / Pensions Administrator looking for a new position in Construction?

A Tier One Main Contractor is looking for an EA to work for them in their Prescot office.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an EA or PA, excellent communication and organizational skills, and great experience in Pensions and working as a EA.

Long term contracted role!

Part time hours: 20 - 25 hours a week.

Hybrid working with 60% in the office 40% working from home!

Responsibilities include:

  • Arrange annual trustee programmes

  • Assist the Trustee Pensions Manager helping with agendas and minutes.

  • Organisint reports and dealing with filing and documentation

  • Dealing with legal work.

  • Dealing with archiving

  • Dealing with emails and telephone calls

  • Booking travel and expenses

  • Liasing with external suppliers

This is a part time ongoing contract.
