- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Manage the company's budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure annual audit process is carried out.
- Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team.
- Collaborate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A relevant qualification, or be qualified by experience.
- Proven knowledge of CIS (construction related scheme).
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a team-focused approach.
