Job description

SCHEDULER - PERMANENT - FULL TIME - LIVERPOOL - UP TO £27K

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler to join a well established company based in Liverpool.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing schedules. This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work with various systems, and will ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scheduling for production and supply chain activities to optimise efficiency.
  • Assisting the installation manager booking jobs for installation of insulation, heating and electrical works.
  • Ordering materials from suppliers
  • Dealing with booking repairs in following jobs
  • Other general admin tasks which training will be provided for.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a scheduling role, preferably within a supply chain environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
