EYFS Teaching Assistant – Prescot
£83.33 per day
8.30am to 3.30pm
We are seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated, permanent teaching assistant to work in Early Years, preferably with experience in Reception and/ or across KS1.
Responsibilities:
- Guid children as a Teaching Assistant, offering personalised guidance and support.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.
- Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement effective interventions to address behaviour challenges and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- Ideally a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years
- Experience of working in EYFS and KS1 in either nurseries or schools
- Effective communication abilities to ensure clear interactions
- Applicants holding a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritised.
- Demonstrated Patience and Empathy along with flexibility and adaptability
