Job Advertisement: Care Assistants Needed - Domiciliary Care (UK Only)
Halcyon Care is seeking caring and motivated Care Assistants to join our expanding team. If you are a compassionate, dedicated, and hardworking professional who wants to make a positive impact in people’s lives, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for support workers to provide domiciliary care, assisting individuals in their own homes.
Key Requirements:
- Must own a vehicle and hold a valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
- At least 6 months of experience in the care industry in the UK
- Right to work in the UK - NO sponsorship available
- Care Certificate (or willingness to obtain it)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
As a Domiciliary Carer, your primary duties will include:
- Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication support)
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Documenting care notes and medical records accurately
- Communicating effectively with service users and their families
- Engaging with clients to promote their well-being and happiness
- Helping with household tasks
- Providing companionship
