This is a great client to join, who are rapidly growing with a large number of project awards.
They are looking for an experienced site manager to work under a Project Manager on a brand new design and build housing scheme that has just started and is at groundworks stage. The project is circa 100 properties - all timber frame. There is a mixture of low rise apartments, two storey houses and bungalows.
The suitable candidate should -
**Have Design and Build Residential Experience
**Be comfortable overseeing all stages of project from groundworks, externals to internal finishing
**Be driven and professional
It would also be advantageous to have timber frame experience and knowledge.
You must also hold
SMSTS
First AId
This is a permanent opportunity and therefore a stable work history is also preferred
