We are looking for an exceptional QHSE & CI Manager to join a dynamic organisation at the forefront of the engineering and manufacturing sector. If you're a driven professional with a passion for delivering outstanding results and creating lasting change, this is the role for you!

Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will have the opportunity to influence key business strategies, drive high-impact projects, and foster a culture of excellence across the organisation.

As the QHSE & CI Manager, you will:

  • Champion QHSE Standards:
    • Develop and implement cutting-edge quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
    • Lead and conduct rigorous audits to ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and legal requirements.
    • Drive safety initiatives that set new industry benchmarks, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
    • Inspire teams through engaging training sessions that enhance health, safety, and environmental awareness.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement:
    • Take charge of the Continuous Improvement agenda, delivering transformative projects that align with the business's strategic vision.
    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to roll out high-impact initiatives that drive efficiency and results.
    • Create and lead a steering committee of senior managers, identifying and prioritising improvement projects that will shape the future of the organisation.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 Auditor experience
  • Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • NEBOSH qualified with working experience of implementing HS standards into manufacturing environments.
  • Lean Six Sigma expertise and a track record of leading successful CI projects.
  • Additional qualifications such as Lead Auditor or a Six Sigma belt would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organisation.
