• Preparation and finalisation of accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships
• Ensuring timely completion of audits, overseeing processes from planning to completion
• Reviewing VAT returns and other final documents to ensure the highest standard of accuracy
• Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels to progress assignments and resolve queries
• Supervising junior staff, including review working and knowledge sharing to support their progression
• Building trusted client relationships, acting as their main point of contact to proactively handle queries
• Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities where possible
• Working directly with Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are always met

• ACA/AAT/ACCA qualified, part qualified, studying or with a desire to begin study
• Demonstrable experience within practice
• Proven track record of the preparation of financial and management accounts
• A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously

• Exceptional communication skills and keen eye for detail
• Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
