RG Consultancy are working with a prestigious, high end business based in Langho who are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their small friendly team on a part-time basis
The Accounts Assistant would be supporting the Financial Controller and duties would include:
- Purchase Ledger - Coding and posting of all invoices, Matching delivery notes to invoices, Statement Reconciliations, PO processing, New vendor processes, Vendor maintenance, Invoice scanning and saving, Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily reporting
- Credit card reconciliations
- Weekly revenue forecasts
- Assist with weekly cashflow forecasting
- Assist with the production of month end accounts
- Ad hoc duties as requested by the FC or MD
Working with MS Dynamics, this Accounts Assistant role is ideal for someone with experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable and who is happy to get involved in other areas of accounts.
They can be flexible with hours and this role could be 3 full days, a combination of full and part days or work around school hours.
