Office Administrator – Construction

Preston

£25,000 - £30,000 + Package

We are looking for an experienced administrator who can work independently as
well as closely with the pre-construction team.


Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist and work closely with pre-construction and estimating team.
• Develop promotional materials i.e., collect information from projects and write
specific evidence pieces, case studies and capability statements.
• Assist with tender quality submissions; ensure all questions are answered to
score maximum points, adapt submissions to ensure project specific.
• Attend Social Value events including school visits and contractor meetings

Ensure projects go smoothly from a business development perspective –
surpassing client expectations.
• Prepare company promotional material and social media (LinkedIn and X).
• General Company Compliance: assist and monitor company information (IIP,
ISO, Recording Company Social Value, Company Master Documents, KPI’s etc).
• General administration/day to day office duties.

The successful candidate must be:

• Reliable and have a positive professional attitude.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
applications.
• Good communication skills.
• Work well within a small team.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Expectation of confidentiality on business matters.
