The role holder will provide high-level personal assistant and administrative support to the Executives of School. Additionally, they will manage diary coordination for other management contract holders at Faculty level and Deputy Heads within the School.
The role demands clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, both within the UK and internationally.
The role holder is expected to work collaboratively and flexibly within the Registry team, adapting to meet business needs. This includes providing administrative support throughout the academic cycle, ensuring continuous cover, and coordinating events. Responsibilities may evolve or shift depending on business requirements.
