Client Details

Our client, based in Preston, is a market leader in the property and housing industry. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the board.

Description

Duties of the Executive Assistant include:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and managing correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls and manage inboxes professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.

Profile

The successful candidate will be/ have:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the property or construction business
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

Job Offer

The salary on offer is £35k - £42k
