Note: Candidate needs to work Onsite at Warton for 4 days /Week.
Requirements:
- A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong Systems Engineering background from either Aerospace or Defense sectors.
- A degree in a relevant Engineering subject or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong Systems Engineering background from either the Aerospace or Defense sectors
- Proven experience of requirements capture and requirements management
- Strong understanding of the relationship between requirements and their impact on platform and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Proven ability to write formal project documentation
Responsibilities:
- Work with a level of autonomy, assisting the Team Leader in discharging duties across the team.
- Conduct and co-ordinate reviews with internal and external stakeholders and provide feedback to the wider team.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain AVS Safety documentation for Development and Production releases through the analysis of Fault Tree models.
- Review design changes and associated Hazard Analysis updates to determine their impact on the Avionics Systems Safety Assessment.
- Determine non-compliance and develop mitigating arguments to deliver information and feedback to Customers.
- Develop and maintain failure mode architecture models for use by other systems that rely on AVS for mitigation of their hazards.
