Description
The Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk role is initially a temporary assignment and will be full time office based in Preston. Reporting to the Financial Controller Key responsibilities will include:
- Purchase Ledger- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Investigation and analysis on supplier accounts
- Ensuring correct supplier details are up to date on accounts
- General Purchase Ledger- processing invoices and preparing supplier payments
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
- Have previous experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
- Be available to consider a temporary role initially
- Be able to commute to Preston office site
- Ideally be confident using V look up and Pivot tables in Excel
