Required experience:
- 2+ years hands-on Head Chef experience in a similar venue or setting.
- A good knowledge of fresh food and strong banqueting experience.
- A real self-starter and self-motivator who can work well in a large brigade.
- Strong people management, time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure whilst leading from the front
- High standards ensuring standards, food safety regulations, compliance and guest satisfaction is met.
