Description
- Managing administrative tasks, including filing, handling mail, and preparing reports.
- Assisting with project management by organising and scheduling project activities.
- Coordinating communication between the team and stakeholders.
- Maintaining an organised system of physical and digital records.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring all materials are delivered when scheduled on-site
- Handling procurement processes and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Ensuring the adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
Profile
A successful Construction Administrator should have:
- Proven administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Experience in providing project admin support would be a distinct advantage
