A Construction Administrator is sought to provide comprehensive administrative support within a vibrant and fast-paced head office. The overall purpose of the role is to provide administrative support and be the main point of contact between head office and the on-site projects teams.

Description

  • Managing administrative tasks, including filing, handling mail, and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with project management by organising and scheduling project activities.
  • Coordinating communication between the team and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining an organised system of physical and digital records.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring all materials are delivered when scheduled on-site
