Their commitment to excellence and their dedication to their clients have made them a trusted name in the industry.Your new roleMy client are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Contracts Manager to join their team on a freelance to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction contracts on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all contractual aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.Prepare and review contracts, negotiate terms, and manage contract changes.Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.Provide regular reports on project status, budget, and any potential risks.
