You will be working alongside 5 Contracts Managers
The Candidate
Have 4 years plus experience working as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry
Create build programmes to a high standard
Report back to the board of directors on a monthly basis on project progress
Travel to 3 sites along the M62 Corridor
Oversee the full project life cycle, inception through to handover
Can demonstrate a background in building & maintaining client relationships
Are able to create monthly reports on project updates
Have experience using different software such as Asta powerproject & MS Office
Possess the willingness to work in the office to galvanise the team
