Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and delivery of multiple cladding contracts across various sites.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within the cladding industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to high standards of quality.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites.
