Logical are on the hunt for CivilsContractsManagerwho may be looking for a fresh challenge forthe new year. You would be joining a dynamic team based out of Preston on a permanent basis. You be representing a very well-known and established sub-contractor who has been cleaning up tenders and winning a lot of work across the North West and North East divisions
Background in groundworks ideally but understands the fully end to end elements of Civil Engineering. Reporting to and working alongside the Operations Mananger you will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects to budget, safely, within programme and to the required quality standards.
You will oversee 1to 2contracts or possibly be site based on larger schemes working with Projects Managers and Contruction Managers, as the company workload dictates.
Salary: 65,000 - 73,000 + full package car or car allowance.
