Our client in Preston is expanding its customer service team and is currently recruiting for highly motivated customer service executive. Based in their Chorley office, you will be working as part of the customer service team, helping them meet the growing demand for care home consumable products.

Experience / Skill requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service or similar role.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Daily order entry
  • Identify, assess, and exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to upsell on orders, substitute and recommend alternatives.
  • To be the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries and issues
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information.
  • Maintain and build strong sustainable relationships with customers and colleagues, throughopenness, honesty, and integrity.

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working within a team.
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
  • Self -disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
  • Able to enter verbal orders onto a system quickly, able to touch type. Ability to carry out a range of tasks, plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to represent and promote the business in a professional and positive manner.
  • It would be advantageous, but not essential, to have knowledge of healthcare sectors and products, however, full training will be given.
